Phil has served the Lord Jesus Christ with joy, fruitfulness, and longevity (40 years). He has a long history in ministry characterized by grace, wisdom, and love.

Rose Acres Baptist Church, in Edgewater Colorado became a healthy, self-financed, church able to contribute significantly to Southern Baptist Missions Agencies (1989-1995). In May of 2019 Phil accepted the call to become the Minister of Pastoral Care of Prestonwood Baptist Church’s North Campus in Prosper, Texas. This new position will limit Phil’s ability to travel and speak. But he will still be able to offer counsel, encouragement, and consultation to pastors, churches, parents, and marriages.
